What is KRAFTY?

2005 Events

KRAFTY (Kenosha-Racine Area Federation of Temple Youth) is something we youths like to refer to as a youth group. It is part of NFTY, the North American Federation of Temple Youth. KRAFTY does a lot of awesome things. Most recently we had an iron chef competition in which we had a cooking contest. We also help out the community with social action programs like the CROP Walk or serving at the soup kitchen. We also help out the temple by leading services. In addition, probably the coolest and most important thing KRAFTY does is going to regional kallot with NFTY. At various locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin, we get together with a bunch of other Jewish kids and be Jewish. If you think that sounds boring you are wrong! There are four kallot a year and each one holds new experience and more friends to be made. Come join KRAFTY and it's magnificent events throughout the year and see how cool Jewish teens can be!
